- Strongly recommend looking for PROFESSIONAL for replacement. We will not hold responsible for any damages to your mobile phone that may cause during the replacement process
- Please remove the battery connector before install the part to avoid short-circuit
- Only use glue/sticker/double tape that specific for the mobile phone sparepart only. Do not use UHU glue, super glue, gum gajah and etc. We won't proceed for any warranty / refund if you use the wrong glue

*Return & Exchange Policy*
- If you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know within 3 days from the day that you received your item
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount
- The item that you are returning will be fully tested before an exchange or refund will be issued.
- If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation we will not be able to offer any form of refund or exchange
- Please note that the warranty/ exchange /refund process might take up to 2-5 working days to complete

- We also have a NO FIX, NO FEE policy. This means, if you send your damaged mobile phone to us and we cannot repair it, we will return it to you without any charge
