4. Tracking Number:

- For your safety and peace of mind, please remember to share the tracking number with us. This allows us to monitor the return shipment.

  • How to Get Refunds / Exchange items?

2. Confirmation Period

- Kindly allow 2-3 working days for our team to process and confirm your refund or exchange request.

3. Refund Process

- If your request is confirmed for a Refund:

Provide your personal bank account details for the secure transfer of the refunded amount.

4. Exchange Process

- If your request is confirmed for an Exchange:

Furnish us with your full address, contact number, and full name for the shipment of the exchanged items.

  • Accepted Reasons for Refunds or Exchanges:

1. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we are happy to process a refund or exchange to ensure you receive the correct item.

2. Damaged Item Delivered

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we will gladly facilitate a refund or exchange to rectify the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

  • Excluded Reasons for Refunds or Exchanges:

1. Changed Mind

We do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges solely based on a change of preference. Please consider your purchases carefully.

2. Drop or Liquid Damage by Person

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if the item has been damaged due to mishandling, drops, or exposure to liquids by the customer.

3. Without Any Reasonable Explanation:

- Refund Approval and Processing (2-3 working days):

Upon confirmation, refunds will be approved and processed within 2-3 working days. (Please take note: Credit or Debit Card payment will take 14 working days for the refund process.)

  • Exchange Process:

For exchanges, the shipment of the new item will take 3-5 working days after confirmation.
