1. Eligibility for Return
Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition and unused, with all packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, such as iTunes Gift Cards, pre-owned devices, or opened products, are non-returnable.
Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return or refund.
3. Process for Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4.Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Fees

6. Damaged or Defective Items
