We have recently discovered that scammers are copying our product listings and even stealing photos from our customer reviews to impersonate SCV Global and gain customers’ trust.
This blog serves as both an official notice and a collection of real scam cases reported by victims and discovered by our team.
By sharing these incidents and clarifications, we hope to raise awareness and prevent more customers from falling victim to fraud.
Please always double-check the shop name and verify that you are purchasing from our official store before placing any order.

1. Copy Our Products On Shopee
Recently we received feedback from a customer who became a victim of fraud involving impersonation of our Shopee store name.
With the victim’s consent, we are sharing this real story here so more people can be aware and avoid being scammed.
Two individuals involved were friends.
Ah Ben, who bought the phone on Shopee, and Lim, who received the phone.
One day, Ben urgently needed money.
Lim suggested Ben use Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) to purchase a phone on Shopee, and claimed:
“SCV Global will send an empty box, and SCV Global will cash out the money to Lim.”
Lim told Ben that SCV Global would receive the order, send an empty box, and then provide cash to Lim, who would then give money to Ben.
This information is completely false.
When the victim came to our store to check the order, they found that we shipped a real phone — not an empty box. It was only then that they realized they had been scammed.
📦 Official Clarification on Our Order Fulfillment
SCV Global, we strictly follow Shopee’s shipping policies:
- We ship exactly what customers ordered, based on the order details in the Shopee system.
- All Shopee orders are delivered by courier and tracked through Shopee — this is required by Shopee’s policy and cannot be changed.
- We do NOT offer in-store pickup or self-collection for Shopee orders.
- We do NOT send empty boxes.
- We do NOT provide cash payouts or any “cash out” service related to orders.
All transactions and deliveries are fulfilled via official Shopee channels only.
If anyone tells you otherwise, please do not trust them, as this is a common scam tactic. Always verify with us through our official support channels before making any payment or transaction.
